PASSPORT / FLY READY INFORMATION: Delta Airlines group desk has advised that the group records will not allow for passport information to be entered before check-in. We will continue to inquire about making this available sooner, so please check your online reservation the weekend prior to departure and within 24 hours of departure if you have time (but not if this will make you late for the transfer meeting time at the school). If the FLYREADY button is showing, click on this and add your passport information. At this point, we expect that the passport information will need to be entered by the Delta Airlines Airport Staff at time of airport Check-in. Thank you!
Seating for the students will be assigned by the airline in order to seat the group together and minimize non-group passengers being seated amongst the group. Students may NOT change their seat assignments.
