Payments are due as follows:
By February 4, 2026: Request your reservation by making a booking on the Image Tours booking site, which will be made available as of January 14th.
Note: Legal Guardians of students under 18 at time of reservation will need to submit the signed Terms & Conditions Acknowledgement form (which was provided at the trip meeting) within a week of reservation or any time prior. This is a “physical” form (cannot be provided online) which will need to be turned into Greg Wells or sent by mail or by email to Image Tours.
Wednesday, February 11, 2026: $599 per person (includes the $349 non-refundable Travel Protection Plan).
A payment link will be emailed on Monday, February 9 and will be valid for 48 hours. Please watch for this email and make payment promptly. The link will be setup for credit card payment. If you prefer to pay by ACH (electronic bank transfer) email nhs@imagetours.com to request the ACH payment link.
Wednesday, January 13, 2027: $2,500 per person
A payment link will be emailed on Monday, January 11 and will be valid for 48 hours. Please watch for this email and make payment promptly. The link will initially be requesting payment by ACH (electronic bank transfer). This form of payment allows for a $100 discount off the final payment (for Air & Tour inclusive bookings only). If you must pay by credit card, the $100 discount will not apply and you will need to email dhs@imagetours.com to request a link for credit card payment.
Wednesday, March 10, 2027: Remaining Balance Due
A payment link will be emailed on Monday, March 8 and will be valid for 48 hours. Please watch for this email and make payment promptly. You will be required to make this payment using the same form of payment (ACH electronic bank transfer or the same credit card number) used in January.
Note: We accept DISCOVER®, MASTERCARD® and VISA®.
If you need to make payments of $1,000 per month or $500 every two weeks, starting in November, please email nhs@imagetours.com to request enrollment in this payment program.
Image Tours reserves the right to cancel a reservation for which it has not received payment by the due date, or if a payment is returned for insufficient funds; and all cancellation penalties will apply.
Policy for Individual Cancellations:
Amount withheld is based on the date Image Tours receives written notification of cancellation from the traveler/traveler’s legal guardian.
Prior to January 13, 2027:
$599 per person withheld
January 14, 2027 until March 13, 2027:
$849 per person withheld, plus all costs associated with the air transportation.
March 13, 2027 until day before departure:
A. With a medical statement, 30% of the Tour Only price, plus Travel Protection cost, plus all costs associated with air transportation.
B. Without a medical statement, 50% of the Tour Only price, plus Travel Protection Plan cost, plus all costs associated with air transportation.
Band Boosters Credits:
If a cancellation occurs, participant agrees to return any refunded Band Boosters Credits/Fund Raising to the Band Boosters in the form of cash or a check above and beyond cancellation penalty amounts.
Note: Those cancelling for a reason covered by the Travel Protection Plan, may make a claim for all amounts withheld by Image Tours except the $349 Travel Protection Plan cost.
