Tentative Air Schedules: We currently have all passengers confirmed on Delta Airlines as follows:
All STUDENT participants and their chaperones will be split between the following:
DL 132 25 JUN Depart Detroit at 4:22 pm Arrive Amsterdam at 5:55 am 26JUN
DL 135 10 JUL Depart Amsterdam at 10:25 am Arrive Detroit at 1:07 pm
and
DL 134 25 JUN Depart Detroit at 6:07 pm Arrive Amsterdam at 8:00 am 26JUN
DL 137 10 JUL Depart Amsterdam at 1:00 pm Arrive Detroit at 3:42 pm
These participants will need to be at the school by around 10:00 am for transfer on departure day.
It will be solely Greg Wells decision which students and which chaperones will be on which of the two student schedules and we will coordinate this by bus as much as possible. This will not be finalized until April 2019, after all final payments are in and we are starting to issue tickets.
All those on the ADULT BUS will be on the following flights:

DL 2828 10 JUL Depart Detroit at 3:50 pm Arrive Grand Rapids at 4:40 pm
These participants will need to be at Grand Rapids Airport by 12:00 noon for check-in on departure day.

- Flight information is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
- Details about the Student Bus transfer to/from Detroit Airport will be provided with the final documents.
- Adult Bus participants will be expected to get to/from Grand Rapids Airport on their own.
- Seating for the students will be handled by Image Tours or the airlines and will most likely be in alphabetical order. Students will be asked not to change the seat assignments so that we can keep all the students together with their chaperones on the air craft.
- Seating for the adults will be assigned by Image Tours, but Adult bus participants may be able to change their seating online after tickets are issued.
Frequent Flyer Clubs – If you are a member, you need to go to the website to provide your frequent flyer numbers. A few weeks prior to departure, use your confirmation number that you will receive with your documents to sign in at the airline website. If you wish to sign up for the frequent flyer club, you can also do this at the airline web site. For Delta Airlines, go to www.delta.com.
